First you much stand up, now
Shift your weight to one leg
And at the same time, carefully
Lift your other leg with the
Muscle above your knee.
With that very same muscle,
Move your foot forward
Through the air, keeping balance.
Then, conscientiously put your
Heel on the floor, keeping
Your toes pointed up at
A 30 degree angle while
At the same time.........
Here's the hard part,
Lift your back foot up
As to rock upon your toes
And as your toes rock down
And your heel rocks up,
Place your front foot
Flat upon the ground and
Lift your back foot up.
Repeating the process.
